JailATM Deposit and Commissary Ordering

JailATM is a service provided to friends and family of inmates. It is a fast and convenient way to send money and purchase Commissary for inmates. When sending money, funds are made available to the inmates immediately after the credit card is processed. Funds can be deposited by way of the internet or through a lobby ATM machine. A deposit can be made using a Mastercard or VISA credit card or bank debit card.

We recommend using a gmail account for easiest access to jailatm.com. If you experience problems setting up an account with another kind of email account (comcast, cox, xfinity, centurylink, windstream, etc) set up a free gmail email account to use. You can do that here: https://accounts.google.com/signup.
After you enter the information, you will receive an email you need to respond to, to confirm your account. If you don't see the email, look in your spam or junk mail folder.

When you have confirmed your account, you will be able to put money on your loved ones account.

How to add money to an inmate's commissary account:

Go to jailatm.com

You will be required to make an account in order to place money on an inmate's account. Once you have created an account, sign in.

Select Send Money Now button
Select the appropriate state and facility
Enter at least 3 characters of the resident's last name or their ID
Enter your payment information and amount of deposit, click the check box after reading the terms and conditions and select ok
Review the payment details and click Send Money

You can place money on an account by using Visa or MasterCard.

Create An Account

Click Sign In At The Top Right Corner
Enter Your Email Address (Please be sure to enter your complete email address. IE: johndoe123@emaildomain.com)
Fill Out All Information On The Personal Details Form
Click Save
Create A Password
Check Your Email, There Will Be An Activation Link. Click On It Or Copy The Link And Paste Into Your Browser
Sign In Using Your Email Address And Password

Email an inmate
Go to jailatm.com and select Email Inmate.

Video Call
Go to jailatm.com and select Video Call.

Gift Pack
Go to jailatm.com and select Gift Packs.
